POSTAGE
We ship via either First Class Recorded, Parcel Force 48 hour, Royal Mail Parcel Post and Royal Mail Airmail. Please choose your chosen method from our checkout.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery as long as all items are returned, undamaged, complete and unopened. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the return being declined. If the product is not faulty and you returned because of other reasons, the postage cost will not be refunded.
Faulty Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and you MUST inform Model Kits Direct Ltd via email (sales@modelkitsdirect.com) of any problems before returning as issues can sometimes be resolved without returning the products.
When returning items please use a postal method that requires a recipient (our) signature.
ITEMS MUST BE WELL PACKAGED UPON RETURN TO AVOID DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
Refunds will only be given if the product is no longer available our out of stock for more than 30 days.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS
Sometimes the postal service does let us down. We have proof of delivery to the Royal Mail on all our items. Lost items will require you to co-operate with us and the Royal Mail to determine if the product has been lost or not. Refunds will not be issued until this has been resolved by the Royal Mail. |
